If you don’t have access to the lounge, there are plenty of places to hang out and have a drink or a meal in Terminal C. When we visited, the lounge was crowded because of delayed flights. While this lounge is meant for international business class travelers, you can enter if you have an American Express Platinum or Capital One Venture X card. ![]() JetBlue recently moved to the brand new Terminal C where you can find the Plaza Premium Lounge. You’d have to take a bus to the rental car station and then board the AirTrain which doesn’t seem to be worth it to visit a lounge. If you’re looking to visit the other terminals, you’re out of luck as the new terminal is not yet connected to the AirTrain. There still aren’t any lounges in Terminal A, but there are plenty of places to eat, drink or relax while you wait for your flight. They now fly out of the newly opened Terminal A. JetBlue has moved out of the closed Terminal A, which was worn out and crowded. There’s free WiFi as well as a rooftop terrace. But since JFK is one of JetBlue’s major hubs, T5 is a decent place to spend time even without a lounge. The only lounges are for Aer Lingus Passengers and a landside USO Lounge. If you’re flying out of JFK Airport, JetBlue flies from Terminal 5. You’d think if you’re on your way to a vacation at Disney World or Universal Studios in Orlando from the New York/New Jersey area and decide to take JetBlue that you’d be out of luck for getting into an airport lounge before your flight, right? Wrong!
